Excellent, fast, thorough and friendly service! My water heater has been acting up and I thought I needed a new one. Carlos came out right away to check it and found that it was the heating element and I didn’t need to replace the whole tank which saved me a bunch of money. He was super informative and friendly. I would 100% recommend them and will be using them in the future. Thank you!

Dale answered the phone and was at my rental property within 15 minutes to check a hot water heater issue I was having. He was very responsive throughout the process of getting the part we needed and returned later the same day to install it. I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend him.
They are very responsive and come in a timely manner. They do excellent work. They fix the issue and let you know if they come across something else the see that needs attention. Highly recommend this company.

This guy (and his folks) really take care of folks in Fallbrook. We recently moved to the area and our 12 year water heater failed. These guys were out in less than 24 hours, had a tankless unit installed, and came in thousands less than other folks. Very satisifed and would recommend them in a heartbeat. They also cleaned up after themselves and left the area neater than they found it. 5 stars!
Our waterheater pilot had gone out and wouldn't re-light. Dale was able to come over within a couple of hours and fix it right up for us. Very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Waterheaters Plus based on our experience today and would call them again!

Waterheaters Plus is the only plumbing company we use. They have been reliable and do excellent work. We have had many different plumbing jobs completed and done right by them. They are trustworthy and honest in all their work!
I highly recommend Waterheaters Plus Plumbing if you have ANY plumbing problems. When my water heater failed and flooded part of my house, I called and spoke with Dale. Carlos came out the same day to remove the old unit and set up a temporary installation while the water damage was repaired. Once our house was repaired, they were here the next day to permanently install the new water heater. Thank you for taking care of us so we were never without hot water during our ordeal!

Very happy we reached out to Waterheaters Plus. We had to move our gas pipe in the attic in order to install solartubes. Waterheaters Plus responded to us almost right away while a few others never even got back. We sent Dale a photo of the attic and he was able to quote us with a reasonable price. They were able to visit in just 2 days, which was the fastest plumber appointment we were able to make, ever. Turns out our attic space was pretty tight, but Dale and Carlos both worked through it and still honored the initial quote. Not to mention the great work they did. We'll definitely reach back when we need plumbing work!

In today’s world of online shopping with very little customer service, I’m sure many of us can relate with trying to solve a problem in our homes but needing the advice of a Professional. I recently had to replace my hot water heater and pressure regulator in my home and went through the exercise of online research and calling several local plumbers to get quotes. After having a few terse conversations with local plumbers that I felt were only concerned with making a quick buck, I was pleased to find Dale Anderson with Waterheaters Plus. Dale responded to my request for quote with a phone call and was very polite and professional. I did not feel hurried and he answered all my questions as I tried to understand what was involved in the replacing of my hot water heater and regulator. After getting off the phone with Dale, I actually tested my regulator using a gauge I had and found that yes, my pressure was very high, and my regulator was not working. Dale spent almost a half an hour with me texting back and forth helping me to troubleshoot the regulator. And did I mention all of this was on Memorial Day? Due to Dale’s patience and helpfulness, I hired him to replace my heater and regulator. The next day Dale and his teammate Carlos were right on time with all of the right supplies to get the job done. Dale explained everything that they were going to do and both of them quickly got to work. In a matter of hours my hot water heater was replaced and the regulator as well. The Installation was neat and professional, and they cleaned up the work area. In short, all I can say is it is hard to find professionals that have this level of integrity and professionalism. I plan on using Dale and his service again to fix some of the shower valves that are bad due to the hard water that killed my hot water heater. If you are looking for an honest plumbing professional that does quality work, I would recommend Dale and Carlos of Waterheaters Plus very highly. Dale is a smart, capable, and friendly professional. He provides honest and fair prices, always treating my wife and I with respect. Unlike other plumbers we have dealt with, Dale didn't act like he was doing us a favor, even with a small job. Fallbrook is lucky to have him.

Dale and Carlos are honest, dependable, professional, and most importantly very skilled in their trade. They installed our electric water heater, farmhouse kitchen sink plumbing, bathtub, connected hook ups for our washer/dryer, and so much more. They go above and beyond and are so kind and personable. We have an old adobe fixer upper home and it’s such a relief to know we have a plumber we can trust and rely on! Absolutely recommend!
We had a funky water line setup under our kitchen sink and was unable to get it to flow to our new fridge. Dale came over and quickly fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. We had clean, running water from the fridge and NO leaks! They are super friendly and very knowledgeable about the plumbing industry. I recommend Waterheaters Plus to anyone!
