Some plumbing problems are obvious. A slow drain, a gurgling toilet, a backup that won't quit. But when those problems keep coming back no matter what you do, that's usually a sign that something deeper is going on - something that a simple snake or drain cleaner isn't going to touch.

That was exactly the situation here. This home had drainage issues from day one. Not the kind of thing you can ignore, and not the kind of thing that clears up on its own. We dug in - literally - and what we pulled out tells the whole story. Corroded, deteriorated pipe held together with tape, wrapped in roots, and completely failing from the inside out. A concrete obstruction buried in the line was choking off flow entirely. No amount of clearing would have fixed this.

We cut out the concrete, pulled the damaged section, and replumbed the line the right way. The concrete got patched back up, and the system is now ready for the final finish. Clean. Solid. Done properly. That's what a real fix looks like compared to a band-aid that buys you a few more months before the problem returns.

This is why we don't just treat symptoms. Our rooter service is built around finding the actual source of the problem - whether it's root intrusion, failed pipe materials, or obstructions buried under your slab. If you've been dealing with a drainage issue that keeps coming back, there's a reason for it, and we'll find it.
